Pack Your Jewelry
Place the items in their original John Hardy suede pouch and box, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
